Abbasi Hotel, Isfahan
The best known hotel in Iran, the Abbasi is an architectural gem built more than 300 years ago in the time of King Soltan Hossein. The complex originally housed a school, caravanserai and bazaar, but has been transformed into a beautiful hotel set in magnificent ornamental gardens.
The hotel has 186 rooms and many suites, all different in design and layout. All bedrooms are equipped with one queen or two twin beds, air-conditioning, refrigerator, radio, colour television, video and satellite services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Abbasi is Iran's most sought-after hotel and is heavily booked all year round. Garden View rooms are very limited and are only allocated (subject to availability) at a supplementary cost. Single passengers are charged the full twin-bedded room rate for Garden View rooms. Anyone wishing to stay at the Abbasi Hotel is advised to book as far in advance as possible.
