Sample Itineraries as Guidelines

For each destination we have suggested sample itineraries to give you an idea of the type of holidays we can arrange for you, and indicated what the cost would be. These are merely guidelines, however, as we appreciate that each customer will have different requirements, in terms of duration, hotel choice, meal plan, included sightseeing etc.


We specialise in tailor made holidays.  The sample itineraries can be used as a starting point - spend longer at one place, miss out another altogether or add in somewhere else. It's all possible. Alternatively you might want something completely different, and that's where our expertise and flexibility can help you realise your wishes.

Call or e-mail

Either phone or e-mail initially. We can discuss all the options and then come up with a proposed itinerary and price that will hopefully meet your requirements.


Once you're happy with what we have designed for you, and we have been able to confirm the arrangements on your behalf, then we would ask you to forward your deposit (normally £250 per person*). The balance of the payment is then due at 8 weeks prior to departure*.

* In some special instances the amount of deposit, and the date on which the balance is due, can vary.  Please refer to the details shown at the foot of the individual itinerary page.

If you book after the normal date on which the deposit is due, then we would need full payment at the time of booking.

Cheques should be made payable to 'World Discovery Trust Account'. This an account held with the Travel Trust Association, of which World Discovery are members (member number U4649). Read about your Financial Protection with the Travel Trust Association.


You can also pay by bank transfer or by credit/debit card, via WorldPay. With World Discovery there are No additional Credit or Debit Card Charges - the price you see is the price you pay.

If you pay by WorldPay there is a 'cooling off' period of 7 working days during which you may withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to bookings made within 8 weeks prior to departure.
