The hotel's main restaurant offers Royal Khmer cuisine, handed down through the centuries by the chefs of the Royal Palace, encompassing the blending of ingredients with intriguing textures, complex aromas and fresh exhilarating flavours to create a distinctly elegant cuisine that can be enjoyed with a selection of more than 400 fine wines. The hotel's new wine cellar showcases one of the finest wine selections in Asia.
This international restaurant with a Mediterranean atmosphere (pictured left) offers you the possibility of sampling Asian and continental dishes. You can choose from a sumptuous buffet selection or make your choice from the extensive à la carte menu.

This unique outdoor terrace is set in the hotel's lush gardens and is surrounded by sandstone structures inspired by the temples of Angkor.
