The Pavilions Himalayas, Pokhara
The Pavilions Himalayas boutique resort is nestled in a valley near Phewa Lake, just outside the town of Pokhara. Surrounded by farmland, forested hills and a mountain-fed river, it offers 15 luxurious, eco-friendly villas which blend in with the surrounding landscape.
There are four categories of villa. All have an ensuite bathroom, a private terrace, and a fireplace for the cooler evenings. Complimentary WiFi is included. Classic (pictured below) and Grand categories are 90 square metres and 118 square metres in size respectively; Grand villas also have a jacuzzi. Chalets are much larger (193 square-metres) and offer a split-level bedroom overlooking the living area; a jacuzzi is also included. The final option is the Gaun Char Farnhouse, a family cottage with a private garden, which is located in the village a five minute walk from the main resort; it's ideal for a group of friends or a family and accommodates up to 7 guests.
