On this visit to the more remote regions of Northern Laos you'll soon understand why people affectionately know Laos P.D.R as “Laos - Please Don’t Rush”. It easy to fall into the Laotian way of life as you effortlessly explore this country that time has forgotten. Enjoy gentle walks and visits to simple ethnic villages amidst stunning mountain scenery, and spend time exploring one of Asia's great mysteries - the 2,000 year old stone remains of the Plain of Jars.

Recommended flight from London: Thai International Airways from London Heathrow, connecting with the Bangkok Airways flight to Luang Prabang (see below). If you are travelling from a country other than the UK we would be happy to give you guidance on your flight options.
